The Group was formed in 2000 with the aim of taking positive action to improve the community and its environment. The group holds monthly meetings on the first Wednesday of every month. They are in the upstairs room of the Ship Inn at 7.30pm and anyone is welcome: |

The Team are continuing to perform Flamborough's long traditional sword dance. They have also produced a book on the history of the dance. |

Flamborough Head is the newest accredited Bird Observatory in the British Isles. The group provide information on the bird life, carry out bird ringing, and record bird movements and breeding within the observatory area. |

The Trust looks after the Woodcock Memorial Playing Fields on the cross roads of Lighthouse Road and South Sea Road. It has a new pavilion with 4 changing rooms, showers, toilets and function room. Sports that use the facilities include girl’s football, boy’s football, junior tennis, adult football, cricket and tennis. The next gala is on the 2nd Sunday in August and will be held at the sports field. |
